Allison Guerrero, MSW,
Social Work Supervisor

Allison joined Lilliput in March, 2007 as a social worker and was promoted to social work supervisor in February 2008. She works closely with the placement adoption program and KSSP program in El Dorado County. Allison earned a BSW from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and her MSW from St. Louis University in 2001. She received her LCSW in Missouri in 2006 and is currently working towards her California LCSW.

Allison’s experience includes traveling and volunteering in 3 third world countries, working with immigrant and refugee youth, as well as with teen and adult survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Allison has held positions as a community educator, support group therapist and program coordinator. She is excited to bring her prior experiences to the special needs adoption field.
