Dawn Shelstad-Watts, LCSW, Social Work Supervisor

Dawn Shelstad-Watts has worked in the Foster Care and Adoption field for 12 years. She worked in Family Reunification at a large county agency for 2 years. She worked at a Foster Family Agency for 8 years, progressing in responsibility from Social Worker to Placement Specialist, Supervising Social Worker and Clinical Director.

Dawn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western Washington University in 1985. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989.
