Jami McCray joined the agency in 2004. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Coordinator and now serves as the Human Resource Manager. Her previous experience in the for profit sector has given her an appreciation of the unique environment fostered at Lilliput. Jami finds the mission of the agency and the quality and dedication of the staff to be truly inspirational.

Jami received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Sacramento.
