Kelly Skeaton joined the agency in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant. She held the position of Administrative Services Supervisor before being promoted to Executive Assistant. Previously she's served in management and administrative assistant roles in both the medical and retail fields. She completed pre-nursing coursework at Los Medanos College in Pittsburg and holds Medical Office Technician and Administrative Medical Assistant certificates.

As a mother of four children, Kelly is dedicated to the idea that children of all backgrounds and ages deserve and need happy, nurturing and permanent homes.
