Phylliss Nettesheim, LCSW
Social Work Supervisor

Phylliss Nettesheim joined Lilliput in 2001, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in social services. Primarily, her background was working with adolescents and their families in various roles including that of an individual and family therapist, supervisor and program director. She has provided numerous trainings in adoption issues, self-esteem building, the basics of counseling, and sexual abuse dynamics. Phylliss currently coordinates post-adoption services in Shasta and Tehama counties, and is also a field instructor for MSW interns. Having arrived from Wisconsin in 1999, Phylliss received her California clinical licensure in November of 2003 and became a supervisor for Lilliput in November of 2004.

Phylliss earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Studies-Counseling and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
