0307 – Business Systems Specialist – Full Time / Non-Exempt Salary Grade 7
The Business Systems Specialist evaluates business systems and how they align with user needs. This position supports the technical direction of the IT environment to insure efficient and effective operations of the Lilliput Offices across Northern CA. The Business Systems Specialist collaborates with others to establish scope and objectives in determining strategy for implementing systems that achieve business goals. The Business Support Specialist resolves issues between our Information Technology Vendor and customer to insure compliance with agreed to Service Level Agreement.
Develop and maintain internal business partner relationship with all field locations through regular interaction.
Support and maintain relationships with various vendors to ensure timely and appropriate service regarding printers/copiers.
Coordinates telecommunications service and hardware, cellular devices, audio/video services, etc.
Support IT escalations from internal business partners and act as a liaison between vendor and customer to resolve issues.
Provide Executive IT support.
Provide technology training as requested by management.
Demonstrates and models domain expertise.
Where appropriate, provide logistical support for all training events and/or meetings held in the home office; facilitate the arrangement of meeting space, technical support, and supplies necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event/program or training.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint Access.
Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Demonstrate effective time management.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting timelines & objectives.
Relate and work with persons of diverse culture and/or economic background.
