Under the supervision of a Program Supervisor, our Master’s level Social Workers provide services in our RFA Program (formerly known as foster care). Working with our county partners, social workers evaluate resource families using the SAFE format and conduct trainings to both large and small groups. They evaluate the psychological, physical, social and emotional factors present in applicants and the environmental factors in the applicant’s home. The ideal candidate will effectively apply casework knowledge and skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to engage and establish rapport with multi- and inter-generational families. The candidate should be flexible, dynamic and punctual, with the ability to work independently and on some evenings/weekends.

The Business Systems Specialist evaluates business systems and how they align with user needs. This position supports the technical direction of the IT environment to insure efficient and effective operations of the Lilliput Offices across Northern CA.  The Business Systems Specialist collaborates with others to establish scope and objectives in determining strategy for implementing systems that achieve business goals. The Business Support Specialist resolves issues between our Information Technology Vendor and customer to insure compliance with agreed to Service Level Agreement.                                   

Additional requirements:

Develop and maintain internal business partner relationship with all field locations through regular interaction.

Support and maintain relationships with various vendors to ensure timely and appropriate service regarding printers/copiers.

Coordinates telecommunications service and hardware, cellular devices, audio/video services, etc.

Working with our county partners, PAS Social Workers support adoptive families as they continue to navigate unique challenges of their adoption journey. PAS Social Workers facilitate trainings and support groups for both children and parents, plan supportive events for adoptive families, assess the psychological, physical, social and emotional needs of post-adoptive families and offer crisis intervention support when needed. Bilingual Parent Partner – Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Under the supervision of a Program Supervisor, the Parent Partner will assist with community outreach and recruitment of kinship families. In addition, the Parent Partner will; promote, assist and advocate in the connection of families to available resources for permanency for families and children, including legal resources, mental health education, respite care and counseling. Collaborate with the Case Manager, Social Worker, or other staff in the evaluation of families, the provision of services, and their progress. Facilitate the development of, and participate in, local advisory boards, support groups and other relevant community meetings. Coach/model appropriate communication, anger management, problem solving, stress management and/or parenting issues with caregivers. The successful candidate will effectively apply casework knowledge and skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, to engage and establish rapport with multi- and inter-generational families.
