Kinship Connections Support Group
You are invited to join Kinship Connections, our support group for kinship caregivers! In facilitating opportunities for success for kinship families, Kinship Connections builds and nurtures social networks for caregivers. Most caregivers need a supportive network to gather with others who are in similar situations, share resources and tips, and benefit from an attentive ear. Social connections are critical for everyone regardless of age or life stage. They help caregivers recognize and develop protective factors, conditions, or attributes that assist in effectively navigating stressors and mitigating risks. Kinship is a unique and powerful community that often only other caregivers understand. We hope you will join us! RSVP by calling 707-603-3500.

Trauma Informed Training
A free, two-hour training centered on Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention for children who have experienced separation, loss, and/or trauma. Learn about the unique needs of this vulnerable population and research-based parenting strategies. We offer this Trauma Informed Training series in a facilitated video and discussion format, and reference information and materials from relevant research institutions such as the Child Mind Institute, the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, and the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. Resource Parents may request a training certificate for their annual training requirements. Please RSVP by calling (707) 603-3500, as it will assist us in our efforts to tailor the training to your needs.
