0014 – Finance Manager – Full-Time (40 hours per week)

The Finance Manager is responsible for supervising all accounting, purchasing and facilities functions and serving as the Contracts Specialist for government funding sources. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing staff toward high performance.

Qualifications: Minimum of five years in accounting field, at least three of which were performing a similar position and supervisory duties. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred. Experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including fund and grant accounting, compliance and reporting. Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements and management of funding streams subject to the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Cost Guidance. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and other agency specific software. Knowledge of CONCUR is preferred. Must meet all required health screening and criminal record clearances, possess a valid California driver’s license, insurance and acceptable DMV record.

0302 – MSW Social Worker (RFA) – Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Under the supervision of a Program Supervisor, our Master’s level Social Workers provide services in our RFA program. Working with our county partners, Social Workers evaluate resource families, including kinship caregivers to find and provide support to safe and loving homes for children throughout California. Using the SAFE format, they complete RFA comprehensive assessments and conduct trainings to both large and small groups. They evaluate the psychological, physical, social and emotional factors present in applicants and the environmental factors in the applicant’s home and provide weekly therapeutic support to children and families. The ideal candidate will effectively apply casework knowledge and skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to engage and establish rapport with multi- and inter-generational families. The candidate should be flexible, dynamic and punctual, with the ability to work independently and on some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work required. Experience in adoption or foster care and child welfare preferred. Must be able to work independently. Bilingual (Spanish) is desired. Must meet all required health screening, drug testing, criminal record clearances. Must possess a valid California Driver License, insurance and have an acceptable DMV record and their own, reliable transportation.
